​Why choose TdSharp over the big knife exchange company?
​The big knife exchange company(restaurant owners know who I'm talking about) charges $4/knife every two weeks, sounds cheaper on the surface. The problem with that logic is in the frequency. I don't have a single client that needs their knives sharpened more than once a month. I charge $6/knife for restaurants and businesses, so you can pay the big corporation $8/knife/month or you can pay your local guy $6/knife/month. Cheaper, better service and supporting a local business, what's not to love?
